Becoming a client is easy. You may choose to fill out our New Client Registration Form and click the submit button. When we receive your information, a member of our team will be in touch to help you schedule your first appointment.

Please make sure you downloaded the hospital app (available for Apple and Android devices). You can use the app to communicate details about your appointment (so make sure you allow notifications), ask questions via the Chat feature, send video and photos and it will automatically start your enrollment in the clinic loyalty program (saving you money starting with your very first visit!).

Not computer savvy? No problem. Feel free to call our veterinary clinic at 541-296-5059 to book an appointment and we will gather the registration information over the phone.
